Kristin (pronounced "Christine") is a plant based chef and holistic nutritional consultant, a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition who helps people get their health on track, glow getter. She uses her 3 step proven method, the Glow Getter Method, focusing on building your healthy mindset, nutritional knowledge, kitchen skills, and simple workout exercises to get you the results you seek from the foundational inner work. Kristin has created and launched her own plant based menu for a delivery program in Dubai, worked in New York at Pure Food and Wine and has been coaching people through juice cleanses and just making healthy food that tastes delicious since 2004. Her background includes training as a spiritual living foods instructor under the direction of Dr. Gabriel Cousens, author of Conscious Eating, There is a Cure for Diabetes, Depression Free for Life and founder of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center where she focused on meditation, the power of plant based foods and following what you love. If you want something on the outside to change, you have to change the inside first. Your inner creates your outer.
